Terms of Service

1. Who can use FyFluencer

• You must be 18 or older and able to make a contract in India.
• Give true details. One person or business per account. Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

2. What FyFluencer does

We help brands post campaigns and find creators, help both sides agree on work and price, and handle payment. We are not a party to the creative work itself; the brand and creator agree on it through the campaign brief and offer.

3. Connected social accounts

• Creators can connect Instagram or YouTube so brands see real numbers. You must own or manage the account you connect.
• We only read data, as described in the Privacy Policy. We never post for you.
• Do not try to inflate numbers (bought followers, bots). We may hide or remove profiles that do.
• You can disconnect any time in Settings.

4. Payments

• When a brand accepts an offer, it pays through Razorpay. The money is held as a secure payment and released to the creator after the brand approves the work.
• Our platform fee is shown before you pay. Prices are on the Pricing page.
• Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

5. Content and rights

• Creators keep ownership of their content unless the offer says the brand buys usage rights.
• Do not upload anything you do not have rights to, or anything illegal, hateful, misleading or sexual involving minors.
• Paid posts must be marked as ads as Indian advertising rules (ASCI) require.

6. Things you must not do

• Take deals off FyFluencer to avoid fees after meeting on FyFluencer.
• Harass, spam or scam other users.
• Scrape, copy or break the service, or try to access other accounts.

7. Ending your account

You can close your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Open payments are settled under the Refund Policy.

8. Liability

We work hard to keep FyFluencer running, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Law and disputes

Indian law applies. Contact us first; most issues are solved quickly. Our team reviews collab disputes within 3 working days.
