Data deletion

You can delete the data FyFluencer keeps about you at any time. Here are the ways, from quickest to complete.

1. Disconnect one account (fastest)

  1. Log in and open Settings → Connected accounts.
  2. Press Disconnect next to Instagram or YouTube.
  3. We stop reading that account at once and delete everything we stored from it: tokens, numbers, recent posts or videos and insights.

2. Remove FyFluencer from Instagram

  1. In Instagram open Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations).
  2. Remove FyFluencer.
  3. Instagram tells us and we delete your connected Instagram data automatically. You get a confirmation code you can check below.

3. Remove FyFluencer from Google / YouTube

  1. Open myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  2. Choose FyFluencer and press Remove access.
  3. Then press Disconnect in FyFluencer Settings, or email us, and we delete the stored YouTube data.

4. Delete your whole FyFluencer account

  1. Email privacy@fyfluencer.com from the email or phone linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”.
  2. We confirm within 7 days and delete your profile, connected data, chats and files within 30 days.
  3. Payment and tax records may be kept for up to 8 years where Indian law requires it.
